El proceso

In this project as a sound designer, my main goal was to create an immersive experience that connected the audience with the metadiegetic world, the creative realm within the artist's mind. This challenge required a meticulous and thoughtful approach to translate the emotions and visual language defining her work into sound.
The process began by placing the artist's voice in a particular sonic space. I chose to work with an extended and carefully adjusted reverberation to create a sense of amplitude and introspection. This technical choice was deliberate: it aimed to emphasize the depth of her discourse while suggesting the transcendence of her inner universe. The reverberation became an essential resource for placing the listener in a unique space, separate from the everyday world and aligned with the artist's creative flow.

Simultaneously, I integrated the use of synthesizers as a primary tool to accompany the images and dialogues. I opted for timbres and sonic textures that visually complemented the protagonist's works, establishing a bridge between the visual and the auditory. The sounds generated by the synthesizers not only reinforced the aesthetic sense of the project but also added dynamism and narrative coherence to the whole.
